The real Latin happening that is increasing since its initiation at this level in July 2005 in Limburg by father and son, Tom and Jyotir Henriquez and taking place in the Mondial Discotheque in Beek.

Founded on the combination of wide experience of Tom in organizing great salsa events, his knowledge of Latin rhythms and the dynamism of the young enthusiastic dance instructor Jyotir, who rapidly set up his own dance school Anabacoa some years ago. DJ Cisco (Belgium)↑

Dj Ten years after Christmas' eve 1991 when he first mixed for a salsa crowd in Nijmegen, (Holland), Cisko moved to Belgium, while his name were heard in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Dusseldorf , etc.

". I knew that it won't be easy in Belgium,
but there were no way for me to quit as it was my passion.."

He carried on with his activities in Holland organising parties or being invited as a dj but he wanted to be a part of the Belgian Salsa Scene where fellow dj's were heating up the local dance floors.
Cisko clearly had a different way of playing salsa and the crowd liked it.
He now belongs to the world class salsa dj's for his talent and his warm personality and he is often invited to perform on big European Salsa events. www.djcisko.com

"El Furor" DJ Jarzino (Latin Shine) ↑

As a DJ Eduardo frequently tries to update his collection. He currently has a wide variation of salsa music which he carries with him such as; Cuban, Puerto Rico , Gran Colombia , Miami , New York and International Salsa. In his case he also has bolero, merengue, merengue house, bachata and zouk, which he became more familiar with because of his Brass Band friends whom he plays with. Performers: Helen Weigle

Helen  is from Surinam origin and her roots lies in Africa.
She has got her musical education from famous masterdrummers Arafan Touré and Kaloga Traoré from Guinée in West-Africa. She is one of the pioneers in the southern part of the province of Limburg and is an expert on traditional West-African music.
Since 1998 she organizes percussion workshops with much success, teaches djembé courses for more than 10 years in Landgraaf and takes care of workshops for companies in Limburg and Belgium.

This is the group of people who, under the instruction and leadership of Conny & Oscar, create and perform Latin dance shows. It started out several years ago somewhat as a one-time thing by some friends who wanted to do a little show for a Sunday afternoon social dance, but since they have grown and improved all aspects of their shows : choreography, dress up, style, technique ...
Although strictly amateur, they have a very professional attitude towards dancing and performing. They rehearse regularly and try to bring each season one or two new dance routines.
